2piecesgreen onions, chopped
1teaspoonminced garlic
1teaspoongrated ginger
to tastesesame seeds for garnish
to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to create a marinade.
Add the cubed salmon to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15-20 minutes for enhanced flavor.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Be careful not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
Cook the salmon bites in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispness. The salmon should be golden brown and cooked through.
Once cooked, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Garnish the salmon bites with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Marinate the salmon for longer if you prefer a stronger flavor.
