Arrange the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray or brush with olive oil for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and puffed up.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with the maple syrup mixture while still warm.
Let them cool slightly, then garnish with chopped fresh chives before serving.
