Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush a thin layer of olive oil over each flatbread to help them crisp up in the oven.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper, mixing well until the chicken is evenly coated.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the chicken, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Top each flatbread with the chopped romaine lettuce for a fresh crunch.
Garnish with chopped parsley before slicing into quarters and serving.
Notes
Serve on a wooden cutting board for a rustic look, or individually on plates. Add extra Caesar dressing drizzled on top for an additional touch!
