In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, 3/4 cup of Swiss cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to combine.
In another bowl, whisk together the creamy Alfredo sauce and milk until smooth.
Pour the Alfredo mixture over the chicken and ham mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining Swiss cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley on top.
