Chicken Caesar Flatbread
A delicious flatbread topped with shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing.

romaine lettuce, chopped

grated Parmesan cheese

cherry tomatoes, halved

freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each one lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the flatbreads.
Distribute the shredded or diced chicken evenly across the flatbreads.
Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing over the chicken on each flatbread.
Top with chopped romaine lettuce and cherry tomato halves.
Finish with the remaining Parmesan cheese, and season with black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbreads are warm and the edges are slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute before slicing into quarters.
If desired, garnish with croutons for added crunch before serving.
Notes
Optional croutons can be added for garnish.
