Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) or according to the pizza dough instructions.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a baking sheet or a pizza stone.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the chili garlic sauce. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Evenly distribute the chili garlic chicken mixture over the pizza dough.
Scatter the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, followed by the sliced red bell pepper and red onion.
If you like it spicy, sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
