In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and rolled oats. Mix well to ensure they are evenly distributed.
Add the maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the dry mixture. Stir until combined.
Fold in the chopped pecans and raisins until they are well incorporated into the mixture.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. If the mixture feels too crumbly, you can add a splash of water or more almond butter to help it stick.
Place the balls on a lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
After chilling, the energy balls are ready to enjoy!
