Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place the pieces in the greased baking dish evenly.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish, ensuring that all pieces are coated. If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans and raisins over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
While the bake is cooling slightly, microwave the cream cheese frosting for about 15-20 seconds until it is drizzle-ready.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle the melted cream cheese frosting over the top before serving.
