Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
Toss the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until all are well coated.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
If using, sprinkle the bottoms of the greased bundt pan with chopped nuts and optional raisins or chocolate chips.
Layer half of the coated biscuit pieces in the bundt pan. Drizzle with half of the butter and brown sugar mixture.
Add the remaining biscuit pieces and pour the rest of the butter and brown sugar over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes in the pan, then carefully invert onto a large serving plate.
Pull apart the pieces of monkey bread and enjoy warm, perfect for sharing!
