In a large baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes and place the feta cheese block in the center.
Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes and feta, then sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden and softened.
While the feta and tomatoes bake, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
Once the feta and tomatoes are done, remove them from the oven and use a fork to mash together the feta and tomatoes, creating a creamy sauce.
Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish, along with a splash of the reserved pasta water for desired creaminess. Toss everything together until well coated.
Optional: Squeeze lemon juice over the pasta for added brightness.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
