cream cheese, softened

chicken broth

diced potatoes

frozen peas and carrots mix

garlic powder

onion powder

Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
In a medium bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken breasts.
Add the diced potatoes on top of the chicken and then sprinkle the frozen peas and carrots over it.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Once done, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks and stir everything together to combine the flavors.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
