In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced turkey kielbasa and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and paprika, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet, mixing them with the onions and garlic. Pour in the chicken broth, cover, and let steam for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is vibrant green and tender.
Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes, letting the cream thicken slightly.
Return the cooked kielbasa to the skillet and mix well. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
