Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
Return the shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
