In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocados and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and chopped cilantro to the avocado mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until fully incorporated.
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface with one point facing you.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the avocado mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
Fold the bottom point over the filling, then fold in the sides snugly. Finally, roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Seal the edge with a dab of water if necessary. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the basket, making sure they aren't touching.
Spray the tops of the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with sweet chili sauce or fresh salsa for dipping, and garnish with extra cilantro.
