Crispy Air Fryer Pizza Rolls

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick. Cut the dough into 3-inch squares.
In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
Place about a tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture in the center of each square of dough.
Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form a tight roll, ensuring the filling is fully enclosed. Pinch the seams to seal.
Lightly brush each pizza roll with olive oil using a silicone brush.
Place the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.
Cook the pizza rolls for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time.
Once cooked, remove the rolls and let them cool for a minute. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
