2tablespoonssoy sauce
2clovesgarlic, minced
1tablespoonfresh ginger, grated
1tablespoonrice vinegar

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth to create a batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well coated, then roll it in the breadcrumbs until fully covered. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the honey garlic sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a gentle simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Once the cauliflower bites are out of the oven, drizzle the hot honey garlic sauce over them and toss carefully to coat.
Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
