Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the rinsed chickpeas dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This will help them get crispy in the oven.
In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure all the chickpeas are evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned chickpeas out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. They will become even crispier as they cool.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
