Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the melted coconut oil to the sugar and yogurt mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the batter.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).
Once baked, remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
