Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped dill pickles, red onion, and celery.
In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and freshly chopped dill. If desired, add lemon juice for a tangy kick.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Gently fold everything together until all ingredients are well-coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve on a bed of leafy greens, inside a sandwich, or in a wrap.
