1teaspoondried oregano
1teaspoondried basil
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
0.5cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and diced bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the sliced pepperoni, followed by the marinara sauce, cooked pasta, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
