Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and rolled oats, stirring well to incorporate.
Add the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
If using, fold in the chia seeds for added texture and nutrition.
Carefully stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Taste the dough and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little extra maple syrup.
For a firmer dough, you can chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed immediately!
