In a 9x13 inch baking dish, add the halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, baby spinach, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together until evenly mixed.
Add the cooked penne pasta to the baking dish and mix gently to combine with the other ingredients.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered, and the feta is golden and slightly melty.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Toss everything again before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color and flavor.
