Using a handheld mixer or whisk, beat the mixture on medium speed for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes creamy and well-blended, ensuring no lumps remain.
Gradually add the almond milk while continuing to mix until you reach a light and fluffy consistency. The addition of the milk will help achieve a mousse-like texture.
Once your protein fluff is light and airy, taste it and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Transfer the fluffy mixture into serving bowls or glasses for individual portions.
