1cupsoft chocolate fudge (for the galaxy-like swirl)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar, whisking until well blended and smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually stir this dry mix into the wet ingredients until just combined—do not overmix.
Fold in 1 ½ cups of mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing it out evenly with a spatula.
Dot the top of the batter with small dollops of the chocolate fudge, swirling it gently with a knife to create a galaxy-like effect, ensuring an artistic marbled look.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mini chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs but not wet batter.
Once baked, allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, cut into squares and serve, enjoying the chewy, cosmic delight!
Notes
Serve on a colorful platter and add extra sprinkles for a cosmic touch.
