plain Greek yogurt

red grapes, halved

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Greek yogurt, mixing well until the chicken is fully coated.
Add the diced celery, halved grapes, chopped walnuts, and sliced green onions to the bowl.
Sprinkle in the fresh dill and drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
Gently fold all the ingredients together until evenly combined, being careful not to break up the grapes.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled as a delicious salad on its own, in a sandwich, or on a bed of mixed greens.
