Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and oat flour. If you’re making chocolate cookie dough balls, add the cocoa powder here.
Add in the nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the dough begins to come together.
Stir in the chia seeds and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
If the dough is too crumbly, add a tablespoon of water or more maple syrup until moist enough to form into balls.
Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the cookie dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the dough for better texture.
Serve chilled or at room temperature, and enjoy your healthy treat!
