Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and grated ginger until well combined.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove the foil and baste the chicken with the sauce. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Once done, remove the baking dish from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the chicken for garnish.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice or a fresh salad for a well-rounded meal.
