Place the chicken pieces in the bowl with the sauce mixture and toss until fully coated.
Spread the coated chicken bites evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized. Flip halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
Once the chicken bites are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
