Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them in a shallow dish.
Pour the honey Sriracha mixture over the salmon, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down, and drizzle with any remaining marinade.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
For an extra touch, you can broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking for a caramelized finish.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Garnish the salmon with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Notes
For a caramelized finish, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes.
