Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
Season the salmon cubes with salt and pepper, then pour the honey Sriracha marinade over them. Gently toss to ensure all the salmon is coated. Marinate for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the marinated salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Remove the salmon bites from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the salmon bites before serving.
Notes
Serve the Honey Sriracha Salmon Bites on a platter with toothpicks for easy handling, and add a small bowl of extra Sriracha for dipping.
