chocolate protein powder (low-carb)

powdered erythritol (or your choice of keto-friendly sweetener)

sea salt

sugar-free chocolate shavings or berries for garnish
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, add the heavy cream. Using a hand mixer, whip the cream on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the whipped cream.
Continue to whip the mixture on low speed until fully combined and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Avoid over-mixing to maintain the fluffy texture.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more erythritol.
Once mixed, spoon the mousse into individual serving glasses or bowls.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to set.
Before serving, garnish with sugar-free chocolate shavings or a few berries if desired.
Notes
