Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant, but not browned.
Stir in the lemon zest and juice, and season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
Brush each fillet generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
Serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices.
Notes
Serve with steamed vegetables and a lemon wedge for an elegant touch.
