Instructions
Boil water in a pot and cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions for about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Add the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crispy.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss everything together to coat evenly for about 1-2 minutes.
Add the drained ramen noodles to the skillet and mix gently to combine all the ingredients, ensuring the noodles are well-coated with the sauce.
Cook for an additional minute to heat the noodles through, then remove from heat.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
