Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine almond flour and cocoa powder. Mix well to ensure there are no clumps.
Add the maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt into the bowl. Mix until fully combined into a thick dough.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Using your hands, take small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
If desired, roll the brownie bites in chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or cacao nibs for added texture and flavor.
Place the brownie bites on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
Notes
Place the brownie bites in small paper cups for a lovely display and drizzle with melted dark chocolate for an elegant touch.
