Pepperoni Pizzadillas
A delicious fusion of pizza and quesadilla, filled with pepperoni and cheese.

flour tortillas

shredded mozzarella cheese

cup
pepperoni slices

pizza sauce

chopped green bell pepper

sliced black olives (optional)

dried oregano

garlic powder

tablespoon
olive oil for brushing
Instructions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Lay one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over it.
Layer pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese, then add chopped green bell pepper and black olives if using.
Drizzle a couple of tablespoons of pizza sauce over the toppings and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese and cover with the second tortilla.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
Carefully flip the pizzadilla using a large spatula and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
Serve with additional pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
