In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, minced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little oil.
Form the chicken mixture into small patties (about the size of your slider buns). You should have around 8 patties.
Place the patties in the preheated skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden color.
While the patties are cooking, you can prepare the slider buns by toasting them lightly if desired.
Once the patties are done, assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on each bun. Add shredded lettuce, slices of pickles, and blue cheese crumbles if using.
Drizzle a little extra buffalo sauce on top if you like it spicier.
Serve immediately for a deliciously spicy treat!
