In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt.
In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Pour the honey butter sauce over the chicken in the skillet, continuing to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize and coat the chicken beautifully.
Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for an added burst of color and flavor.
